Sooner than you'd expect. An edited sneak peek reaches you within 24 hours of the session — a first taste before the rest. For photo-only couple or family sessions, the gallery with the photos in your package follows within three days, ready to download and share before your tan fades. Couple and family packages that include a scored cinematic Reel arrive within five days, since the film is edited alongside the gallery. Need everything faster? For couple and family sessions, complete 24-hour express delivery is available for $100, including the Reel when your package includes one, subject to our confirming capacity beforehand. Access to the sneak peek, the gallery and the Reel opens once your balance is confirmed.

We reschedule at no charge. Riviera Maya weather shifts fast. Light overcast we usually keep — soft light is a cinematographer's best friend. If rain makes the session impossible, we move to the next viable slot during your trip at no cost. No viable slot during your stay? Our Terms refund the part we couldn't deliver.

Each package card lists the number or range of edited photos it includes, so you know before you book. The cinematic packages — Cinematic Love Story, Proposal & Luxury, Roots Cinematic and Director's Cut — also include a scored Reel.

Yes — and we're specifically good with them. We never ask kids to pose. We play, we observe, and we capture what actually happens. The best family frames usually come from letting children lead.

It depends on the property. Some resorts have rules or fees for outside photographers. We confirm the current policy before you book. If working on the property isn't practical, we can look for a workable public-beach alternative and confirm the access and meeting point with you.

Our standard travel is included within and between the destinations we list as covered on our site. Location-specific third-party costs are separate, and we tell you before you book — for example ferries, required taxis or transfers for hotel access or island transportation, entrance to protected areas, cenotes or attractions, beach-club charges or minimums, hotel or resort access/vendor fees, day passes, or permits. If you want a session outside our published coverage, we can travel there too; we quote that travel before you book.

A deposit secures your date. The balance is paid in cash at the end of the session (USD or MXN) or by Stripe within the hour after it ends. The deposit moves with you: reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. The Terms list the exceptions to keeping it when you cancel for your own reasons, such as a booking revoked within five business days (when the session is more than ten business days away) or a session we can't deliver.
