We reschedule at no charge. Riviera Maya weather shifts fast. Light overcast we usually keep — soft light is a cinematographer's best friend. If rain makes the session impossible, we move to the next available slot during your trip at no cost.

Typically 70–150+ fully edited photos depending on the package. The Roots Cinematic package also includes one scored cinematic Reel, 30–60 seconds.

Yes — and we're specifically good with them. We never ask kids to pose. We play, we observe, and we capture what actually happens. The best family frames usually come from letting children lead.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no — we know which is which. Some resorts charge an external vendor fee. We'll tell you upfront, and if yours does, we suggest a free public beach within walking distance that often turns out better than the resort itself.

A $50 deposit secures your date. Full balance is due day-of in cash (USD or MXN) or transfer. Cancellations 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund; within 48 hours, we allow one reschedule.
